This program will not only deliver consistent employee service training but also provide networking/connection opportunities and meaningful recognition of employees that showcase our values. The Town envisions a signature initiative that equips employees throughout the Vail community with the knowledge, skills, relationships, and pride necessary to consistently deliver exceptional experiences for residents and visitors. The program should be available to employees from any local Vail business, with participation specifically encouraged at frontline retail/restaurant and lodging partners. The Town seeks an innovative partner capable of developing a sustainable program that strengthens community engagement, supports local businesses, reinforces Vail's brand, and advances the Town's vision: Your Favorite Mountain Town
