To All Prospective Bidders:

The purpose of this addendum is to provide answers to questions per the walk through.

QUESTION 1:. I’m preparing our price proposal for Solicitation 2068-25 – Custodial Services

and noticed a discrepancy I’d like to confirm before submitting:

• The Price Form / Contractor Information section appears to require Monday–Friday, 8:00

AM–4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch (i.e., ~40 hours/week).

• Section 3 references a 5-day work week with 20 total hours per week (~4 hours/day).

Could you please confirm the intended staffing requirement?

1. Is the expectation full-day coverage (approx. 40 hrs/week, continuous 8:00 AM–4:30

PM), or

2. Part-day coverage (20 hrs/week, about 4 hrs/day)?

Related details to confirm (so we price correctly):

• Please confirm which basis (20 vs. 40 hrs/week) we should use for the Price Form.

ANSWER 1: Work week is based on 5 days with 20 hours a week, 4 hours a day.

QUESTION 2: Could you add the current pricing and contract for the 180 Wardlaw Way

building in the addendum, please?

ANSWER 2: The current pricing is $186,000 for 5 years. The contract will not be posted.

The Authorities current vendor is Charter Oak.
