All proposals become the property of The City of St. George. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and select proposals deemed to be in the entity's best interest. The City reserves the right to negotiate to determine the firm's or individual's choice to do the necessary work.

Project Description: The City of St. George is seeking qualified design-build firms to design, fabricate, and install a hard surface pumptrack facility at Curly Hollow Adventure Park at 2200 S. Tonaquint Drive, St. George, UT.
The 100% performance – labor and materials bond will be required on this project.
