California State University, Dominguez Hills will receive electronic sealed bid proposals from qualified bidders via the CSUBUY system, for furnishing all labor and materials for Waste Collection and Processing Services.

Electronic sealed bid proposals will be received until 5:00 PM, Thursday, July, 17 2025, in accordance
with the contract documents.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced firms interested in providing waste collection, transportation, and processing services for the following three (3) main waste streams:

1) Commingled recyclables (excluding e-waste);
2) Organics (including food scraps and food soiled paper);
3) Residual discarded materials, (excluding hazardous waste, medical waste and radioactive waste.

Waste collection and processing services for other waste streams may also be requested, on an as needed basis.
