ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
Project: (RFP2025-11) Court Repair and Resurfacing Contractor Services ¿ Outdoor Pickleball Courts
Owner: Barrow County Board of Commissioners
Sealed proposals will be received by the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, Winder, Georgia, for court repair and resurfacing contractor services ¿ outdoor pickleball courts.
Proposals will be received in the office of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, County Clerk¿s Office, at 30 North Broad Street, Winder, Georgia 30680, until 2:00 PM (¿Local time¿), Thursday, October 24, 2024.
Any proposals received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Proposals will be opened in the Historic Courthouse Commission Meeting Room at the above address at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, October 24, 2024. All proposals will be evaluated and project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal openings.
Barrow County Parks & Recreation will offer an on-site optional pre-proposal conference which will be held at the Barrow County Parks & Recreation Department Offices, 175 2nd Street, Winder, GA 30680 on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 10:00 am. Proposers are highly encouraged to attend but not required to attend to be eligible to submit a Response

Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Owner.
