- Summary:The City of Hopewell Department of Planning and Development is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms (Consultant) to undertake the development of the City of Hopewell’s 5-Year Consolidated Plan for Housing, Community and Economic Development (Consolidated Plan) and Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (FY25) Annual Action Plan (period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026). The Consolidated Plan combines planning and application requirements of the Federal statutes and serves as a statement of long- and short-term housing, community and economic development objectives for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030. The Consolidated Plan must meet all requirements of the Federal regulations (see ‘Scope of Work’). This is a firm deadline project, which will commence in December 2024 and must be completed by June 30, 2025.
