(RFP) Construction of EMS Station #17

Henry County is issuing this solicitation for (RFP) Construction of EMS Station #17 . Submissions shall be received before 3:00 pm on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 , via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide General Contractor services for a new 2-Bay, 5,219 sf, EMS Station located adjacent to the Heritage Senior Center on Florence McGarity Blvd., McDonough, GA 30253. The building includes a lobby, office, day room, dining area, kitchen, locker room, bunk room, showers/restrooms, etc. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services necessary in the performance of this RFP.

Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on November 19, 2025. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned. Proposals submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County’s eProcurement Portal at ( https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga ). Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.

Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
