RFP #25-72, Construction of a Satellite Tag Office

Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide General Contractor services for a new, 8,624 square foot, Satellite Tag Office to be constructed at 619 Tanger Drive, Locust Grove, GA 30248. The building will include a large lobby, security office, clerk windows, drive-thru service stations, employee offices, conference room, break room, fitness room, public and employee restroom, etc. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary in the performance of this RFP.
Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on May 22, 2025. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned. Proposals submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County¿s eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.
Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
