RFP #25-59, Construction of a New Disc Golf Course at Bud Kelley Park

Henry County Government is seeking a qualified Contracting team to construct a new disc golf course at Bud Kelley Park, located at 1605 Kelleytown Road, McDonough, GA 30252. The work shall be based on the plans completed by Planet Earth Designs dated June 25, 2024. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid.
Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on April 11, 2025. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned. Proposals submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County¿s eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed proposals will not be considered.
Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
