RFP - Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) for Fire Station 1A

CITY OF DICKINSON REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Dickinson is soliciting qualifications from qualified Construction Management firms for Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) services associated with Fire Station 1A. The intent of this procurement is to select a CMAR to provide constructability, scheduling, pre-construction approach, and estimated costs through approximately thirty-five percent (35%) (schematic) design.
