Completed, sealed proposals must be submitted to the City Secretary, 1000 Highland Village Road, Highland Village, TX 75077 by 2:00 pm on April 8, 2024.  Proposals received after this time will not be considered a valid proposal submission.  Sealed proposals shall clearly be identified on the outside of the envelope by the following:  Request for Proposal for Construction Manager at Risk for Various Improvements to Pilot Knoll Park
