The Cherokee Nation is requesting sealed proposals for Construction Management At-Risk Services from Indian and non-Indian owned firms for the Nursing & Allied Health Education Center. The project is located in Tahlequah (Cherokee County), Oklahoma. Indian/TERO preference applicable.

Sealed proposals may be delivered by carrier service to Cherokee Nation Purchasing Department Attn: Shelly McClain, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. Sealed proposals must be received on or before April 15, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. CT by the Nation’s Purchasing Department to be considered eligible for award. Late submittals will not be accepted or considered for award. Submittal must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED PROPOSAL, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT-RISK SERVICES – NURSING & ALLIED HEALTH EDUCATION CENTER.” Sealed responses are to include 1 original, 5 copies and 1 USB drive. Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
