The County of San Bernardino, Department of Public Works, Solid Waste Management Division is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide On-Call Construction Management (CM) and Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) Services. It is the objective of SWMD through this Request for Proposal (RFP) to award contracts to the most qualified Proposers, at the sole discretion of the County, to provide these services for projects at the County's disposal system (active landfills, transfer stations, and closed disposal sites). The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received.
