RFP-9347 Construction Management Services for Shuman Juvenile Detention Center Renovation – Phase 2

Project Description: The County of Allegheny is seeking the services of a professional Construction Management Firm to provide professional Construction Management services in support of the renovation of the Shuman Detention Center – Phase 2.
The project scope includes the renovation of approximately 66,000 square feet of interior space, replacement of the entire building roofing system, the construction of a new entrance canopy, updates and repairs to the existing building envelope (to include windows and doors), and multiple site improvements. The Integrated Design Team will include Adelphoi (operational consultant), HDG Architects (design professional), the Allegheny County Facilities Management Department, and the Construction Manager selected via this RFP.
