The purpose of this solicitation for Arlington East WRF Expansion Project
(this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide furnishing
all equipment, superintendence, labor, skill, material, and all other Items necessary
for the construction of the Arlington East WRF Expansion work as described in this
Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to
procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
