Project Description: The City of Yuma invites qualified and experienced firms to submit a Proposal for the development of the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan, the 2026-2027 Annual Action Plan, the update of the Citizen Participation Plan, and the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice Study for 2026-2030. These items will be prepared in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and City of Yuma (City) specifications and provisions contained herein.
