Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Congregate and Home Delivered Meals.  Please refer to RFP #26-484 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on March 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST . Register with the buyer, Garrison Frey, at Gfrey@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 316 454 271# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: April 6, 2026, by 11:00 AM EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. Proposals will be opened via Microsoft Teams Meeting - Register with the buyer at Gfrey@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link.
