Synopsis:
|
|
Submission of Proposal:
Proposals shall be submitted in the following ways:
a. Proposals shall be signed and submitted and sealed in an envelope marked "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – Concession Services at Nipawin Centennial & Jubilee Arena.” Proposals may be mailed to the Town of Nipawin - Leisure Services, Box 2134, Nipawin, SK. S0E 1E0. Proposals must be received prior to 4:00pm on March 4th, 2025.
OR
b. Proposals shall be signed and emailed to tenders@nipawin.com. The subject line shall be marked “REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – Concession Services at Nipawin Centennial & Jubilee Arena.” Proposals must be received prior to 4:00pm on March 4th, 2025.
OR
c. Proposals shall be signed and submitted and sealed in an envelope marked "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – Concession Services at Nipawin Centennial & Jubilee Arena.”. Proposals may be hand delivered to the Nipawin Town Office and received prior to 4:00pm on March 4th, 2025.
• Deadline: Proposals must be received by 4:00 PM on March 4th, 2025.
• Address: General Manager of Leisure Services, Town of Nipawin, P.O. Box 2134, Nipawin,
Saskatchewan, S0E 1E0.
• Target start-up for the concession is August 18th, 2025, for the 2025-2026 ice season.
