Sealed Responses submitted electronically by email, subject to the conditions set forth in the solicitation documents, will be received until 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time, July 2, 2025, for this solicitation. Alternatively, sealed Responses may be submitted in paper form, one (1) clearly labeled unbound original and four (4) bound paper copies. If submitting Responses in paper form, Responses will be received at the address below until the date and time stated above for this solicitation.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal conference will be held on June 4, 2025 at 2:00 pm MT, using an online meeting format with a meeting link to be provided by County.
