The selected Contractor must demonstrate comprehensive ALM capabilities, including ACS, IDS, VMS, fire alarm monitoring software integration, preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, and engineering design services.

Ultimately, this lifecycle approach safeguards County facilities by maintaining operational integrity, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and technical standards.
