Description
The Department of Education and Early Development (DEED), Division of Innovation and Education Excellence, is seeking for an external evaluator to assess the progress of DEED’s Comprehensive Literacy State Development Program (CLSD) through an annual report. The evaluator will collaborate with the Department of Education and Early Development (DEED) to design evaluation methodologies, monitor program funding, analyze data on literacy outcomes, and provide insights on the effectiveness of the program. The role also includes ensuring high-quality processes for sub-grantees and maintaining strict data security and confidentiality standards.
