Q1. Under the Scope of Services, Section L – “Provide payment collection for license fees and taxes”, could you please clarify what type of taxes the City is looking to
collect through the platform? Specifically, are you referring to a tax associated with short-term rentals?

A1. Yes, the City is looking to adopt a tax for short-term rentals, and we're looking for a vendor who can help the City keep track of the inventory of STR's which will allow the City to collect appropriate taxes. We would want the STR vendor to assist in collecting associated fees.

This addendum is posted on the City of Hoboken website to ensure compliance.

The City will not accept any further RFI/questions at this time.

There are no other changes to the RFP documents as part of this addendum.
