Dallas College is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide expert guidance and support for the development and implementation of its first Competency-Based Education (CBE) program, the Bachelor of Applied Science in Management (BASM).

Close Date: July 17, 2025 no later than 2:00 p.m. CST.
Cost Proposal submittal must be password protected and emailed to the Sourcing Analyst.

Make sure all required documents are submitted on or before the stated deadline and time listed. Emailed and/or late submissions will not be accepted and will be IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFIED.
