This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Community Center Renovation – 2nd Floor, West Tower as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
The County is renovating the second floor of the west tower of the Community Centre, located at 200, 401 Festival Lane, Sherwood Park, AB, to accommodate the relocation of Sthe County’s Human Resources department.
The renovation will include architectural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades to support the development of a new reception area, offices, workstation zones, and meeting rooms.
