RFP: Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Custodial & Snow Removal Services

The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for Custodial and Snow Removal Services for Colfax BRT. RFP documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti .

General Statement of Work: Provide custodial services for fourteen (14) BRT stations between Pennsylvania Street and Colorado Boulevard. These services shall include daily station cleaning and trash removal, monthly power washing, on-call services for specific incident clean up, and snow/ice removal during snow events. Services are expected to start in September 2026 and run through December 2027.

Questions Deadline: June 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time.

Proposals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through BidNet . Proposals are due at 10:00 a.m. on July 9, 2026 . Late submissions will not be accepted.

Prevailing Wage and Minimum Wage: Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, DRMC. City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.

General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all proposals.
