RFP-CMCG for Security Center Patrol Expansion

Utah County intends to select a Construction Manager to provide the services of a Construction Manager as Constructor for the following project: Utah County Security Center Patrol Expansion. This Construction Manager as Constructor (CMGC) project includes: The construction of new office space, secure storage, specialized systems, and related site utility work for the Patrol Division. Crucially, this work will be performed adjacent to and/or tied into an active, high-security secure facility. Utah County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Utah County Security Center Patrol Expansion Project located within Spanish Fork City limits. Included in this RFP are design drawings, specifications, and local city construction standards to provide guidance and direction in providing a proposal.
