RFP 2025 Cleaning Services

San Miguel County is requesting proposals and accepting sealed bids from experienced contractors for janitorial and cleaning services at this location: San Miguel County Fairgrounds & Regional Park; and as described in the scope of work below. Services shall begin in April or May dependent upon mutual agreement and after award and upon execution of contract. The contract shall be for a period of one year and may re-new automatically for another year if amenable to both parties.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held by appointment with DeeAnna Burbridge, Fairgrounds Coordinator, 970-327-4321. It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange for the pre-bid on-site conference appointment with a deadline of 5 p.m., March 12, 2025. The purpose of this pre-bid conference will be to discuss and clarify the scope of work. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the pre-bid conference. Sealed bids will be opened and read by staff following the bid submission deadline. Bidders will be subsequently notified after the successful bidder has been determined.
