Project Description: The City of Goodyear Human Resources Department (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a review and development of job classification structure and total compensation analysis. The Consultant will review the City’s existing classification and compensation system, consider stakeholder input, market conditions and industry trends, and make recommendations for updates. Additionally, the City requires a final product that allows for updates, such as addition of classifications and compensation as needed to support continued organizational growth.
