Description

The City of Oakland (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured security service firms for a Citywide Security Services contract for specified City facilities for the purposes of maintaining a higher level of security at these select facilities. Security guards will serve as a customer service role by greeting clients and vendors, signing them in, and ensuring that they get to the respective locations to obtain the best level of service possible. Guards shall also make periodic checks on and about the assigned facilities and report criminal, or disorderly conduct to the appropriate entity including contacting and providing updates to the Oakland Police Department.
