1. Project Overview
The City of Newton, Iowa, is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors for construction of a 40' x 80' post frame building with 14' high sidewalls and a pitched roof to be constructed on a monolithic concrete foundation for the Newton Public Safety Storage Building, to be located at 500 West 7th Street North, Newton, Iowa. The engineer of record (EOR) has prepared engineering of the building.
