Question: Can you please provide details for the new sanitary sewer services.
Answer: (See Attached)
Question: At station 0+00 there is a connection to an existing sanitary sewer manhole, there is a quantity
of 2 each for connections to the existing sanitary manholes. Is the connection to the existing 8" sewer line
at station 3+39 paid as a manhole connection, or this there another connection I am missing?
Answer: It's the connection over the existing 8" sewer at 3+39.66
Question: Will the existing 12" sanitary sewer line be abandoned in place?
Answer: Yes, the 12" along the west side of Bluebonnet will be abandoned in place from 0+00 to 3+39.66

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Work of the project consists of providing first time sanitary sewer service to
existing residences along Bluebonnet Street, Andrew Avenue and Vega Street within the Sharyland
Meadows Subdivision. Service to be provided to the property line, Septic tank decommissioning and yard
line not included in this contract
III General Requirements
1. Contractor to keep area clean of debris and materials.
2. Take pictures/video of work limits to document existing conditions prior to starting work.
3. Notification of residents should occur prior to mobilization.
IV Bid Submittal:
Each proposal submitted shall be placed in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the project name and
number, and business name and address of the bidder on the outside.
