RFP: City Hall "A" Building Low Roof Replacement

Overview

The City of Rochester, through its Architectural Services Division, is soliciting proposals for architectural engineering services for the low roof at City Hall.

The project includes the design and construction administration to replace the existing roofing installed in 1993 and to install a minimum 20-year-warrantied roof system. Incidental roof drainage and through-wall flashing is to be investigated.

The consultant is requested to submit proposals for a full-service design and public bid project as indicated in the RFP.

Pre-proposal site walk-through

A pre-proposal meeting for interested consultants will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at City Hall, 30 Church Street, Rochester, NY 14614. Please meet at the Church Street security screening area.

Submission delivery information

Submit five (5) copies and one (1) electronic copy of your proposal by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2025, to:
