RFP: City Attorney General Legal Services

The City of Pasco, Washington, (City) City Manager’s Office is soliciting Proposals from qualified Firms to provide comprehensive legal and advisory services for municipal operations. These services include, but are not limited to, general municipal legal counsel, litigation representation, contract and document review, land use and planning guidance, and assistance with compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The selected Firm will assist in providing strategic legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing the City in administrative or judicial proceedings as needed.
