The Columbia County Board of Commissioners has issued this Request for Proposal for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from vendors offering professional Christmas Lighting Services. The objective is to establish a contract with a vendor to provide all design, labor, installation, equipment, etc. needed to install and maintain Christmas lights on the specified buildings, landscape and structures located at the Evans Towne Center Park and the Evans Market Pavilion.
