RFP 862-2025-02-31
Child Nutrition: Kitchen and Warehouse Equipment
Frisco Independent School District is requesting proposals from established vendors (kitchen
and warehouse equipment for the Child Nutrition Department.) A minimum of three staff
members will review responses for best value and make recommendations. Upon successful
evaluation, the Board of Trustees may choose to qualify multiple vendors at the February 9,
2026, board meeting (date subject to change). Subsequent purchases will be made by purchase
order.
Proposals will be received no later than:
December 2, 2025 at 12:00PM CT
Submission will be accepted electronically through the district’s e-bidding system, Ion Wave,
https://fisd.ionwave.net
Interested vendors must first register in the district’s e-bidding system, Ionwave.
Register, obtain, and submit proposals at https://fisd.ionwave.net.
To be considered for award, proposals may be received electronically through Ionwave.
