Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) seeks qualified Contractors to submit proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein of Chemical Spray Trailer delivered FOB destination to Niagara Falls International Airport, Niagara Falls, New York.
