CENTRAL REGION

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals for ANC Gates B5 and B7 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacements Design-Build, Project Number CSAPT01277, will be received before 4:00 p.m., January 24, 2025 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state-funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services as required to replace two existing passenger boarding bridges (PBBs) located at Gates B5 and B7 in the South Terminal at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.

A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Wednesday December 18, 2024 at 1:00p.m. Meet at the Airport Administrative Offices lobby on the third floor of the South Terminal (elevator at north of the South Terminal building) to be escorted through the work areas. Bring a safety vest. Contact the Project Manager, Ashley DeVore, at ashley.devore@alaska.gov a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site visit to attend.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be December 30, 2025.

Proposal documents and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . From the DOT&PF website: http://dot.alaska.gov/procurement/awp/awp-bids.cfm?rc=CR your company must self-register by clicking on the Plan Holders link, or register with the Central Region Plans Room, or your proposal may not be accepted.

Proposal documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
