Project Description: Sealed Bids on behalf of the Community College of Philadelphia, will be accepted online, via the
PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities) for the RFP 10247 -
CBI HVAC UPGRADES until 07/21/2026, 12:00pm ET, for the following contracts:
Contract No. 1: HVAC
Bids will be publicly available on PennBid directly after the closing of Bids.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 6/30/2026 9:00 AM. The attendees are directed to meet at the
front of the Bonnell Building (17th St entrance).
Bidding Documents will be available at no cost at www.PennBid.net as they become available.
This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
ONCE THE DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS HAS BEEN REACHED, NO TERMS OF THE CONTRACT CONTAINED IN THE
RFP MAY BE MODIFIED, REVISED OR CHANGED AND THE OWNER WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY SUCH REQUESTS.
