This is a Request for Proposal (RFP-C) pursuant to Chapter 44.031 of the Texas Education Code. Houston City College (“HCC” and/or “the College”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide a Pre-Owned Shuttle Bus (motor coach) sealed responses, subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP-C as more fully explained herein.
