at which time the proposals will be privately reviewed in the Office of Procurement.

Bid documents and specifications will be available beginning August 17th , 2026 at the Office of Procurement, or through the City’s website; www.springfieldcityhall.com. Please refer to the bid number and opening date when requesting. This Invitation for Bid is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.

The Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership (SEZP) is seeking proposals for a qualified contractor to design and maintain an online analytics platform with interactive dashboards and data tools, covering student, HR and Finance data for use by SEZP leadership and school-based staff.

The term of the contract shall cover the time period between September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027. This contract shall include an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. Estimated cost is $175,000 per year.

The proposer shall submit evidence of the following qualifications:
•        Prequalified with DESE in Massachusetts.
•        The proposer has experience as a contractor providing analytics platforms or data visualization services to K-12 public school districts or comparable public education organizations.
•        Documentation of current SOC 2 certification.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
