The goal of this solicitation is to replace the expiring current broadband contracts, expand availability in previously underserved areas and improve pricing through competition by adding new entrants to the broadband market to our pool of contracted suppliers, update VITAâs broadband service offerings with additional broadband technologies and services through both wireline and wireless internet service providers, and increase broadband speeds throughout the Commonwealth.
