RFP 2025-0031 Broadband & Cable Services

The Savannah Airport Commission (SAC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Broadband and/or Cable Television services. SAC intends to select up to two firms based on qualifications, capabilities, and overall value. One firm will be named the Primary Service Provider, and a second may be chosen as a Secondary Service Provider if deemed advantageous. The selected Broadband and Cable Service Provider(s) will be responsible for furnishing all equipment, labor, management, materials, and infrastructure necessary to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality broadband internet and cable television services to the Savannah Airport Commission. Participation in this RFP process is at the sole expense of the proposer. Firms may submit proposals for broadband services, cable services, or both. Inability to provide both services will not disqualify the proposer. Each proposer must clearly state: the services offered in detail and services not offered, also in detail. Any costs incurred during proposal preparation or submission will not be reimbursed by the Commission.
