RFP#2025-0105 Bottled Water (five-gallon) Supply & Delivery Service

Project Description: Bucks County Community College (BCCC) is seeking proposals to supply and deliver five (5) gallon water bottles and dispensers throughout our campus.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) is part of a competitive process undertaken to serve the College’s best interests and provide vendors with a fair opportunity for their services to be considered. This process will require representatives of the College to evaluate the firms’ proposals based upon several factors including, but not limited to, fees, services, and qualifications. The College is not required to accept the proposal to offer the lowest price. The final determination will be based on that proposal, which, in the opinion of the College, best serves the institution’s interests.
The College reserves the right to conduct personal interviews of all proposers before selecting a vendor. The College will not be liable for any costs incurred by the proposer in connection with the proposal or interviews. All parties interested in providing the services requested in this proposal must meet all requirements and accept the terms below.
Complete specifications for this project will be available on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). The proposal must be received electronically via PennBid on or before 10:00 am, Prevailing Time, Thursday, January 30, 2025. Proposals received by any other means or after the deadline will not be considered. Bucks County Community College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/bids or parts thereof and to waive defects or irregularities.
