  The County of Marin is seeking to upgrade the audio-visual (AV) system within the Board of Supervisors Chambers to enhance meeting efficiency, public engagement and digital accessibility compliance. This modernization effort aims to improve audio clarity, video quality, streaming capabilities, and overall system reliability for both in-person and remote participation. The automated system must be intuitive and able to be operated by staff who are not AV technicians.
  
  The business case for this upgrade is driven by the increasing demand for high-quality audio-visual (AV) communication in government proceedings, ensuring that board meetings, public hearings, and official events are seamlessly recorded, broadcast, and accessible to all stakeholders. A modern high-tech AV system will support high-definition video streaming, integrated intelligent cameras and microphone system, central AV control system, and assistive listening systems (ALS), ensuring compliance with digital accessibility requirements and technology standards.
  
  The County of Marin requires potential vendors to submit detailed product information outlining digital capabilities that align with the Scope of Work for consideration. Vendors should be prepared to demonstrate product functionality and compliance with industry standards and requirements to the County of Marin evaluation committee as part of the RFP process within the specified timeline.
