Project Description: The Houston Community College System (“HCC and/or the “College”) is accepting sealed proposal as from qualified firms/contractors to provide Biological Waste Collection and Disposal Services. The purpose of this request is to allow HCC to purchase services from your firm while remaining in compliance with state and federal laws and requirements. HCC reserves the right to award separate contractors to multiple contractors.
