The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations to provide the County of Albemarle Virginia, School Board of Albemarle County, Virginia, Albemarle County Service Authority, Emergency Communications Center, Charlottesville Albemarle Convention Visitors Bureau, Blue Ridge Juvenile Detention Center (hereinafter referred to as âCountyâ) benefits consulting services. The consultant will assist County staff in the strategic planning, selection, and monitoring of benefit programs that are currently offered, or may be offered in the future, to County employees and retirees.
