Beer & Wine Garden Concession for AddamsFest
Under the Fair and Open Process

Pursuant to the fair and open process and in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq., proposals are requested by the Town of Westfield. Sealed RFP/RFQ responses will be received by the Town Clerk at 425 E. Broad Street, Westfield, NJ 07090 on June 10, 2025, at 10:00am for:

Qualified Business Entities with the Appropriate ABC Licensing to Provide a
Beer and Wine Garden Concession at the AddamsFest Scheduled
for October 18, 2025, within the Town of Westfield

The purpose of this request is to enter into a contract with the most qualified Respondent or Respondents to provide a Beer & Wine Garden Concession within the Town as listed above and generally described in the Request.  The concession will be operated on Saturday, October 18, 2025. A qualified business entity may submit a proposal to operate either a beer garden concession or a wine concession, or both. The qualified business entity or entities will be selected through a competitive, quality-based, fair, and open process.  The Town may impose any and all conditions and services as permitted by law with any or all business entities responding to the request, and it may in its sole discretion decide not to proceed at all or to proceed with a portion of that work. The Town reserves the right to interview any or all Respondents.

Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
