Lawn Care and Landscape Maintenance

RFP #26-04035BCM

The UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY (UTA) is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to

provide Weekly lawn care service and as needed additional landscape maintenance service as requested

by UTA, for forty-three (43) UTA Properties. Landscape maintenance will be upon request for: Spring

Clean Up, Lawn Aeration, Lawn Weed Control and Fertilization, Flower Bed Weeding, Shrub Trimming,

Fall Clean Up.

UTA reserves the right to award this RFP to multiple Proposers.

The proposals are due Thursday February 12, 2026, by 2:00 pm MST
