The City of Redwood City is seeking a transportation planning & engineering firm for the PS&E (Plans, Specifications, and Estimates) phase of the Bay Road (5th to 15th Avenues) Complete Streets Rehabilitation Project.
Note: this project is federally funded and therefore is subject to Chapter 10 of the Caltrans’ Local Assistance Procedures Manual (LAPM) requirements.
