Title		RFP 47951: Banking Services
Description		WSSC seeks proposals from qualified Financial Institutions interested in providing banking services. The Scope of Services involves full Banking Services to the WSSC, which includes servicing the financial activities of multiple accounts (operating, depository, investment, payroll, corporate checking, and lockbox services). The Offeror shall provide normal commercial checking account services for each WSSC’s bank account, process check payments, accept deposits, provide stop payment capabilities, returned item notification, overdraft protection, monthly statements, and make copies of canceled checks and check payments available. The bid submission must be submitted to the supplier portal in the Online Discussion. Alternative Submissions will not be accepted. Oral and telegraphic proposals, including e-mail submissions, are considered invalid and will not be accepted or considered for award. Late Proposal Submissions will not be accepted or considered for award. Refer to Appendix G for the pre-proposal instructions. Questions are due on December 18, 2023, at 12:00 pm.
